Žižkovské zahrady Receives Occupancy Permit

The Žižkovské zahrady residential project in Prague 3 has received its occupancy permit. This is another important milestone on the way to handing over the apartments to their new owners. We are now preparing for the handover of the apartments, which will begin in the first quarter of 2027. We will inform owners of the exact dates well in advance.

We would like to thank everyone who has been involved in the project: the designers, construction companies, our team, and our clients for their trust.

A few apartments are still available. If you are looking for a new home in Žižkov, take a look at our current offer or contact our sales team.
